Our easy-to-use Proposal Pool Builder add-on is an alignment tool which allows you to create Proposal Pool entries based on existing translations from any source language into any target language translated in the system via our flagship Object Translation Manager add-on. The Proposal Pool itself is a kind of translation memory used by the SAP® ERP system, which speeds up the translation process by distributing existing proposals for new translations automatically or recycling already translated texts for new translations during the manual translation process. It also helps to manage the delta translation during a development cycle or release upgrades. The Proposal Pool is normally built up by the translators along the translation process. If you have translations in the system created via the Object Translation Manager, you can use the PPB add-on to generate the appropriate Proposal Pool entries in the system for your source and target languages. Once available, you can use the standard system translation environment (se63) and the Proposal Pool for managing updates and delta versions created during your customizing or development processes. This will reduce the amount of necessary translation work for new entries, and will allow you to identify new and modified lines.
