Our service scope for Multilingual Support contains SLA-dependent technical, consulting, translation and development activities in connection with system translation packaged into two basic offerings:
5 hours per month (available on business days) support, minimum of three months contract period, unlimited usage of our add-on tools during the contracted period,
10 hours per month (available on business days) support, minimum of three months contract period, unlimited usage of our add-on tools during the contracted period.
