We focus on building long-term relationships with our partners and customers. Our philosophy is to act as an internal translation group for our customers with dedicated project managers, language leads and translators for each particular area and/or task.
Fields of expertise
MorphoLogic Localisation, primarily a localization company, is an expert in IT-related areas, software localization and SAP translation. We also have significant translation experience in the following fields:
- Human Resources
To meet the demands on the quality of translations, we are continuously improving our team of experienced project managers, language leads, translators and partners — experts with knowledge in special fields such as IT, finance, logistics, human resources and so on. All of our translators work in an online network using centralized resources, which allows close co-operation in building unified style guides, terminology and translation memories. We pay maximum attention to the accuracy of translations, preserving the meaning and sense of the original text, creating consistent and coherent translations, and adhering strictly to established and newly created terminology, as well as to our customers’ particular requests.
Translation projects begin with scoping, which yields an exact price, volume and deadline. The next step is establishing the project team: assigning the persons with the right skill sets for the project. The project team is composed of:
- Project manager: the project manager is responsible for the whole project, and acts as a contact person towards the customer.
- Language lead: the language lead is responsible for the linguistic quality and issues.
- Translator(s): translators with the right skills are responsible for performing the translation work.
Depending on the complexity and volume, the next step is usually the creation of a style guide and terminology to assure consistency. During translation, the language lead takes decisions on arising terminology questions. If needed, the project manager sends queries to the customer. Translated files or documents are proofread by a second person. Finally, the project manager delivers the translation back to the customer.
