The quality gates, methods and standards described on this site, such as MQM, show how we work toward the quality you need; they are not a guarantee of a particular result. A quality level is binding only where it is agreed in writing for a project.

Processes and examples described on this site show how we typically work; each project is agreed individually. The photos and the video are licensed stock material from Pexels, used as illustration.
